Sam,

This brought great delight to my eyes. I LOVE the Blue Ridge Mountains. I've got tons of pics from the Blue Ridge Pkwy if you're ever in need of some - lol. This is a great picture, btw, did you take it?

I spent my honeymoon in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Thanks for the post.

Hi Sam, We live fairly close to the Parkway but don't get there nearly enough. The views are breath-taking at any time any season.

You've probably done this a thousand times before nevertheless, I tagged you! Come play if you feel like it!

Sam – I camped in the Shenandoah Valley when I was very young – perhaps too young to appreciate what you have there. But I do recall the intensity of the pine. The air was almost sticky with pine.

Again -- wow. I'm so there someday. Maybe soon.

Thanks Dennis & Jenni for reading and viewing.

agreed - i love astronomy and feel that way when thinking of the scope of the universe. it is hard to see a reality beyond the small part revolving around us, but the largeness of what is beyond lets me not take myself so seriously.

Good to hear from you PJ. I do agree about the scope and the reality beyond. That's a great point.
