Oh, my...a veritable feast of films. I'll be buying every single one of these. Last Year at Marienbad...finally!
Four good ones, but especially The Seventh Seal and Last Year at Marienbad. I wouldn't know how to get through a year without seeing those two again. Wonder what the added features are on the Seventh Seal?
It's new transfer of the film, an intro by Bergman recorded in 2003, audio commentary by Bergman expert Peter Cowie, an 83-minute documentary called Bergman Island from 2006, archival interview with Max von Sydow, a 1998 tribute to Bergman by Woody Allen, trailers, and a new booklet.
Oh, and Truffaut's The Last Metro is coming!!!! Criterion is really outdoing itself this spring.
